Industrious Recruitment have an exciting oppitunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to work for our client based in Lytham St Annes.

This pivotal role involves supporting the Operations Manager working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the wider team have a passion for retail and or manufacturing a can-do attitude sometimes we all must pitch in. It is a fun place to work, and a sense of humour is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate purchase orders and forward them to our suppliers.

* Input data on our fifteen customer portals CRM knowledge is required.

* Communicate with factories in China arranging time critical orders and completing the administration on in house data bases. This process is manual but will eventually transfer to MRP system.

* Liaise with national and international customers politely, building repour and strengthening our business relationships.

* Provide analytical skills to navigate the orders and challenges that are associated with a fast-paced business in a calm and organised manner.

* Analyse and communicate shipping timelines and hand over date for goods to ensure we meet deadlines.

* Understand a manufacturing process.

* Experience of DEV/PPAP and production release

* Experience of design BOMS to input into our portal.

* Raise a PO with accounts with correct information relating to the product.

* Compile reports for our customer accounts so the account managers can see the success of their items in store.

* Understand audit processes and able to diarise audit requirements based on customer deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

* Qualifications in Mathematics and English

* Proven experience in a supply chain administrator or similar role.

* MS office competency

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
