Sprinkler Project Manager

Murray Recruitment is currently recruiting a Domestic/Residential Sprinkler Project Manager to join our esteemed Building Services client based in Lanarkshire.
This role is ideal for a professional Project Manager with extensive experience in managing domestic and residential sprinkler projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from initial award to final handover, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from award to handover stage, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Coordinate closely with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
* Oversee installation works on-site, ensuring adherence to project time-lines and quality standards.
* Attend regular site meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and provide updates.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
* Produce detailed project-specific reports, documenting progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
* Resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team.
Experience and Skills Needed:
* Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sprinkler systems industry.
* In-depth knowledge of domestic and residential sprinkler systems.
* Familiarity with relevant sprinkler suppression standards, particularly BS 9251:2021.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Valid driving license.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
* Proficiency in producing detailed project reports and documentation.
* Commitment to health and safety regulations and best practices.
