**Small Works Estimator**

Our Small Works Estimator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate costings associated with our Small Works Fire Sprinkler Projects.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Take sales enquiries at point of contact. Offering technical advice and assistance to our clients.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design and Project Management teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Arrange and complete site surveys ensuring clear and concise information is obtained, reported and documented.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities associated with each project.
- Liaise closely with clients to build relationship and ensure the smooth running of projects.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems preferred, although training will be provided.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Small Works Estimator to attend Monday-Friday at Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML5 7QU.
