We are working alongside a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor known for delivering high-profile construction projects across various sectors. Who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Engineering Manager to join their Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing digital engineering solutions in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage other members of the digital engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards across projects to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and quality.
Oversee the creation and management of digital models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital engineering tools and processes into project workflows.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate digital engineering activities and resolve conflicts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital engineering and construction.Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience managing digital engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
