Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content calendar, posting schedule, and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to apply them to social media campaigns.
