Accurately record each sales opportunity, contact, and follow-up in the daily activity control system.
Maintain the Service Log throughout the day and update customers accordingly.
Assist the Sales Manager / Brand Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise vehicle sales.
Approach and greet customers promptly and courteously at all times.
Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve the Sales Manager / Aftersales Manager or Brand Manager when needed.
Maintain a tidy work area.
Perform ad-hoc clerical duties during busy or peak times.We are looking for a talented Showroom Host who can uphold our mission and objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
