We are seeking kind-hearted individuals to help support and lead our team as a Team Leader. This role is centered around assisting older adults in their own homes, offering them support and companionship, and helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect. We are currently seeking a Team Leader, to be responsible for a variety of tasks that help to maintain a high quality of support to clients and care assistants.
Full-time position with a requirement to work some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis, Various working hours can be discussed to suit your lifestyle and commitments, Full-time guaranteed contracts are available.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Hedge End. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals, helping them to start their day with a smile. Your role will involve assisting clients with their morning routines, providing companionship, and ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their day.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Transport your client to appointments, run errands such as picking up groceries or medications as well as accompany your client on outings and social activities. **A driving licence and access to reliable transport is required to support those in rural areas.**:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including assistance with daily routines, getting dressed, etc.
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure any dietary requirements are met.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
- Offer companionship and engage in conversations, activities, and outings that enrich the client's life.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health, wellbeing, and environment.
**Hours**:
Full-time position with a requirement to work some weekends and evenings on a rotational basis, Various working hours can be discussed to suit your lifestyle and commitments, Full-time/Part-time and Guaranteed contracts are available.
