Responsibilities
-Administration and paperwork
-Update office system with notes relating to queries and customers
-Keep system up to date with any new information and orders
-Taking and making phone calls when necessary
-Assisting with queries and answering effectively, directing elsewhere when appropriate
-Any other ad-hoc duties to support the business and team
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Key Attributes
-Team Player
-Good organisational skills
-PC literate
-Friendly and clear communicator
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Salary: £Up to £25,000 plus company benefits including 25 days holiday on top of bank holidays.
