This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning and innovative company than can offer long term development and internal career opportunities 

For this role, we are looking for a specification technologist or a candidate with technical administration experience to join a developing specifications team. Your role will be to manage their web-based specifications for food, ensuring information is completed correctly first time. 

Hours:

Hybrid working 
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (flex available on working hours)
40 hours per week
Brief summary of key responsibilities: 

Creating and maintaining finished product specifications utilising retailer web based systems. 

Completion of customer submission forms for New Product Development 

Artwork review and approval using retailers artwork systems 

To provide professional and efficient support to specific specification and artwork customer requests and queries 

Maintain internal trackers for specification and product launches 

Assist technical teams during audits with any specification requirements 

Handling of customer complaints. Logging and coordinating the investigation process with the site technical teams. 

To support in preparation for external/customer audits, visits – prepare product packs with all relevant paperwork.
Ideal skills and experience: 

We’re seeking a candidate with experience from a specifications/ technologist role within food manufacturing. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will need to have good T skills along with strong organisation and time management skills
