They are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team in central London and lead a room full of bright, curious young minds.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the day-to-day running of your room is efficient, safe, and child-centred.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
Managing a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure best practice and a high standard of care
Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and ensuring they feel part of their child’s early education journey
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care, conducting regular risk assessments, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environmentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A full and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
A passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
