Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist nursery staff in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) by engaging children in fun and educational activities, promoting their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete essential daily tasks in accordance with nursery requirements, such as maintaining hygiene standards and preparing rooms.
  • Uphold and promote child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding practices.
  • Work alongside colleagues to create a positive, nurturing, and secure environment.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience in childcare roles (e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder).
  • A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child.
  • Proficiency in various communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
