We are sourcing a Customer Account Manager on behalf of a fantastic business in the Dorset area. Our client is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and account management. An experienced business, our client has a great deal of experience in their field, making them a prominent figure in their sector.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and fostering strong client relationships, as well as providing data and account reporting surrounding your accounts.

Key responsibilities as Customer Account Manager:

Manage existing client relationships through excellent communication and rapport as well as develop plans for securing future business.
Develop plans and forecasting surrounding existing and future businesses.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing that essential connection between the business and the customer.
Provide a proactive approach towards work towards business objectives.
Manage a support individual, who will assist you in managing customer inquiries and furthering new business opportunities.Experience as Customer Account Manager:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, managing customer accounts in a business-to-business environment.
A proven track record of identifying and winning new business.
Must be data-focused and have a good head for figures and numbers, enjoying working with data and reports.
Good presentation skills and sales etiquette
Good business and commercial acumen
