We are delighted to have partnered with a well-established national organisation with headquarters in Gloucester. We are recruiting for several vacancies within their service team, ideally looking for people with very strong customer service and organisational skills.
Key Duties:
* Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of customer service
* Accurately log all correspondence with customers using IT system
* Coordinate and plan service visits
* Facilitate seamless communication between clients, technicians, and managers
* Uphold exceptional customer care standards
* Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
Experience Required
* Outstanding customer service skills with a client-focused approach
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines.
* A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
* Proficiency in Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new IT systems
* Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive team culture
