Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business prospects in the IT sector through networking, referrals, and market research
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT industry to acquire new clients and expand our market reach
Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and impact of our IT solutions
Write clear, concise, and persuasive sales proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our IT services and address client needs
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Levett Consultancy and our clients in the IT sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT sector, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate
Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions specifically for their IT needs
Drive client retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling our IT services
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and address any concerns
Required Experience:
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and/or client relationship management, preferably in the IT industry or a related field
Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud technology, and digital transformation trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated,results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies
