About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at R. Sees Flooring Company Limited. As the company's sole Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to increase sales and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert existing/dormant opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Conduct market research to build a strong sales pipeline and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Demonstrated minimum 3 years of recent experience in a similar role, with knowledge and experience of the industry
  • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree or previous experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the flooring or construction industry with strong knowledge of industry trends and methods
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and forward-thinking mindset with initiative, and a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
