What We're Looking For:

🤝 Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working as a Qualified Primary School Teacher
🛡️ Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
💬 Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
🌈 Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
🔐 Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).

Your Role:

🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
🌈 Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
📊 Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.

Hold Right to Work in the UK
QUALIFIED TEACHING STATUS (QTS)
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
