Job Description:

Creative Graduates - Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Fulfilling Teaching Assistant duties across all year groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2) involves providing dedicated support to the classroom teacher, preparing materials for classes, maintaining a safe classroom environment, and promoting a fun and engaging atmosphere for pupils to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects (English & Mathematics)
  • Providing additional support for SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc)
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Drive and passion for working in education
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to the needs of pupils
  • Previous experience working with children
  • SEN experience/knowledge is desirable but not necessary
  • Hold a creative degree (Music, Arts, Drama etc)
