### Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an inspiring, Outstanding, all-through SEN school in the London Borough of Merton. Our school uses creative learning to support the curriculum, including music, arts, drama, and dance. Students at our setting may have Autism/ASC, complex needs, and Severe to Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD).

### Job Description:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working with young people who require personal care. You will need to be comfortable with this aspect of the role. We are looking for someone with a caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach, who can build strong and meaningful relationships with our students.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Support the curriculum using creative learning methods
* Build strong relationships with students and staff
