In this role, you'll:
Lead and manage a team of fire engineers, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide expert technical guidance on complex fire safety issues, mitigating risk and ensuring building compliance.
Take ownership of fire engineering projects, from initial design to completion, overseeing quality and accuracy.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust fire engineering strategy, aligning with building regulations and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fire engineering technologies and legislation, continuously improving fire safety practices.
Mentor and develop the skills of your team, fostering a culture of excellence in fire safety.

To excel in this role, you'll possess:
Minimum 10 years' experience as a fire engineer in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a specialization in fire engineering is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and relevant fire design codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
