On behalf of our client based in Salisbury, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Administration Assistant to join their small yet dynamic team.

The role will include but not be limited to;

* Answering all inbound calls to the department, passing calls through to correct member of staff and assisting customers/site staff with any queries

* Placing outbound calls to site staff and customers

* Liasing with factory to ensure each job has been palletised before job start date and checking of pallet

* Re confirming all booked week one week prior to start date with completed job sheet provided. Completing weekly schedules

* Booking accommodation when needed for site/sales staff

* Arranging vehicle MOTs/Servicing with garages in timely manner

* Making payments for Tolls used by site staff each day on the road

* Completion of all relevant supporting documents/paperwork

* Assisting department staff where needed

Skill set and attributes

* Flexible approach to working tasks and responsibilities to support the team as required

* Excellent verbal, and written, communication skills

* Customer focused

* Ability to work unaided using own initiative, multi-task and pay attention to detail

* Organised, methodical and ability to work to deadline

* IT literate

* Minimum 1 years administration/customer service experience required

This is a full time role, offered on a temporary to permanent contract. Hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, office based. Free onsite parking is provided for all staff
