Job Responsibilities

Set Ambitious Goals: Define both long-term and short-term objectives for their products across various geographies, collaborating with the wider team to develop and secure new business opportunities
Drive Demand: Lead the planning, direction, implementation, and evaluation of innovative marketing strategies that significantly boost demand for their products and services
Insight-Driven Strategies: Engage closely with different business units to gather insights and feedback, shaping impactful marketing and brand strategies that resonate with their target audience
Digital Communication Leadership: Spearhead the digital communication efforts, including managing their social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement
B2B Marketing Excellence: Create and oversee a dynamic B2B marketing program that elevates their presence within the industry, driving increased demand
Seasonal and Event Marketing: Craft strategic marketing plans around key seasonal and event-driven opportunities, positioning the business as the ‘go-to’ leader in the sector
Brand Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a branded portfolio of products, setting a clear direction and identifying growth opportunities within the UK, APAC, and North American markets
Commercial Launch Success: Lead the development of commercially viable launch plans, adapting and enhancing existing UK propositions to ensure they are perfectly tailored for success in local markets
Person Specification

To be successful in the role of Marketing Manager, you would require:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field
At least 3 years of market strategy and planning experience
A track record in brand development and management
Experience working within the food industry
International marketing experience would be beneficial
Excellent at influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong organisational and planning skills, brilliant at juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A full driving license
Ability to travel between UK sites and occasional travel outside the UK
