We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our client.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator
• Handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Scheduling meetings and managing team diaries
• Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office with a friendly demeanour
• Following up on sales leads to ensure customers have received their quotes and addressing any inquiries with a warm and helpful approach
• Ordering office supplies, organizing conference calls, and booking meetings
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system

Key Competencies of a Sales Administrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organised with strong administrative skills
• Experience using a CRM system
