Accounts Admin Assistant Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Admin Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Accounts Admin Assistant Duties:
* Analyse accounts and reconcile discrepancies
* Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter
* Process payments and allocate funds to customer accounts
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
* Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing issues promptly
* Utilise accounting software for data entry and reporting
* Provide excellent customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
Accounts Admin Assistant Requirements:
* Experience in financial services or credit control
* Proficiency in analysing financial data using microsoft excel
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
* Familiarity with accounting software for managing credit control activities
* Ability to engage in telemarketing activities to follow up on outstanding payments
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
