Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator
Location: Warrington, Appleton (WA4)
Salary: 27,500k per annum (Plus bonus opportunities)
Hrs: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: Permanent

Our client, a leading supplier of quality products, are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

As an internal Sales Administrator, you will be working alongside the existing Sales Team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers. You will look to identify opportunities for additional customer spend and build long lasting relationships.

As an Internal Sales Administrator, your duties will be:
Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
Accurately and promptly input customer orders on to company data bases.
Assist with providing quotations.
Collaborate closely with all departments, ensuring the smooth running of orders and inform customers of any delays.
Identify and target new business opportunities
Be knowledgeable on new and existing products.
Provide regular reports
Work towards agreed KPI.

As an Internal Sales Administrator, your skills and experience will be:
Must have previous experience within a similar role.
Good level of numeracy and IT skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Confident in providing excellent customer service.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers & suppliers
