About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our fantastic team. This full-time role offers a competitive daily rate of £100 – £120. You will be stepping into a position that has become available due to an expansion of our team, reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality education and support to our students. In this role, you will be working primarily with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, supporting class teachers and leading small group sessions.

Our class sizes are small, typically around 25 students, allowing for a more personalised and effective teaching approach. This is a wonderful opportunity for an HLTA to make a significant impact and develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of the curriculum.

• Leading small group interventions and booster sessions.

• Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons.

• Providing feedback to students and helping to assess their progress.
