About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Lead small group interventions to help boost attainment in key subjects.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
  • Take responsibility for planning and delivering lessons during teacher absence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of educational materials.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a HLTA or Teaching Assistant with relevant qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Ability to manage groups and deliver small-group interventions effectively.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
