Calling all Recruitment Consultants**

The New Directions team in Chatham, Kent are keen to speak to experienced recruiters who have an interest working within the Educational sector. The role would involve you building relationships with schools across Kent, and successfully placing Teachers, Teaching assistants and Cover supervisors as and when required.

Recruitment is a Sales role, and below is an outline of the day to day activities that you will be responsible for;

Work with assigned GP targets in-line with Branch budgets
To recruit, vet and maintain effective working relationships with all candidates available for supply work within Kent.
To establish, maintain and develop relationships with clients in your area that have a demand for educational supply staff.
Organise and attend Cluster Meetings, to fully promote all areas of our services with user and non-user clients.
Visit a minimum set number of schools per week as agreed with your Manager in line with the Branch Strategy.
Maintain a good working understanding of New Directions Education LTD database systems (RDB) such that its benefits are fully exploited whilst updating data in a disciplined manner. Keep abreast all of changes that arise.
Undertake effective outbound sales calls to secure work for your supply staff and where practical convert to an appropriate booking in accordance with specified processes, procedures, standards and relevant New Directions Education Ltd regulations.
Maintain regular contact with all your supply staff to keep them in your fold and available for work through New Directions Education Ltd for the maximum % of their time.
Ensure that the administration, reporting and record keeping are completed accurately, on time and adhere to all specified processes, procedures, standards and relevant New Directions Education Ltd regulations.
Prepare suitable quality CVs and profiles for all supply staff seeking long-term work.
Adhere to branch KPI's, set by the Branch Manager
Constant verbal contact with all staff in your own branch including your manager, monitor and liaise with your Branch Manager re reports affecting own geographical areas
Manage Telephone Activity in accordance with incoming and outgoing call levels as outlined by Branch Manager
Full understanding of individual targets and GP margins
