Technical Services Manager / Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £65K + Package

Are you a seasoned Site Manager / Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical?

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their technical management consultancy and work with main clients, overseeing the M&E package of a large-scale projects in a range of sectors including commercial, retail & residential.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of both mechanical and electrical, and have worked on high end, large scale projects.

This is a client facing role, so you will be involved in meeting with the clients, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the M&E package of projects

* Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within the allocated budget.

* Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and onsite teams.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

* Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site / Project / M&E Manager with specific expertise in Mechanical & Electrical - across high value projects in the commercial, retail or residential sector.

* Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.

* Qualification in Mechanical or electrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
