Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong ICT deskside client and network infrastructure skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to schools, ensuring seamless ICT services.
  • Participate in IT projects, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of school networks and security systems.
  • Assess and resolve technical issues, from server and switch failures to internet connectivity problems, using temporary fixes or permanent solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver and manage various programs and projects, meeting customer and third-party objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of small organization or school network infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ICT support and network engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide proof of right to work in the UK.
