Job Title: Transaction Manager

Location: Hereford

Salary: A basic salary of £25,000 with on-target earnings of £50,000 (uncapped).

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Franchised Dealer in the Hereford area, offering a unique opportunity for a Transaction Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Transaction Manager to maximize the profitable sales of finance and insurance products, assist in closing sales, and manage multiple customer interactions with a flexible approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on excellent customer service and meeting all legal requirements of the FCA.

Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years of Transaction Manager experience is preferred. However, candidates with an exceptional car sales record will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities as a Transaction Manager:

* Maximizing the sales of finance and insurance products.

* Assisting in the closing of vehicle sales.

* Managing workload and multiple customers efficiently.

* Providing excellent customer service.

* Ensuring compliance with all FCA legal requirements.
