Drylining Site Manager Wanted 🚧
🌟 We are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join our client's team for exciting projects across Essex, Hertfordshire, London, and Kent. If you have a proven track record in managing drylining and ceiling installations, this opportunity is perfect for you
🔨 Responsibilities include:
✅ Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed as per specifications and build programmes.
✅ Providing regular reports on progress, resource levels, and programme deadlines.
✅ Coordinating and supervising onsite operatives, ensuring quality and timely installations.
✅ Liaising with clients, site teams, and other construction professionals.
✅ Maintaining clear communication with our Contracts Managers and office team.
✅ Scheduling, procuring, and organising materials and plant requirements.
✅ Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
🔍 The ideal candidate will possess:
✅ Essential site supervisor or management experience (minimum 2 years).
✅ Previous experience on both small- and large-scale projects.
✅ Strong technical knowledge in drylining and ceiling systems.
✅ Excellent organisation and communication skills.
✅ Ability to manage Health & Safety requirements on site.
✅ Familiarity with document control and QA systems such as Fieldwire, Viewpoint (4projects), SnagR, etc.
✅ Valid Driving Licence.
✅ Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
✅ Valid CSCS Card - Black or Gold preferred but not essential.
✅ First Aid at Work preferred but not essential.
