About The Job:

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing service calls, and performing administrative tasks to support the service department. This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, and early finish Fridays at 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer service calls and provide initial diagnostics and problem-solving support.
Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly.
Coordinate service department repairs, allocating field engineers as required.
Track and manage calls and repairs, ensuring timely resolution.
Administer UK installations and maintain accurate records.
Prepare service quotations, customer invoices, and spare part sales quotations.
Review and report on performance targets, providing valuable insights to improve service delivery.
Assist with general office administration tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with printers.

Experience/Skills required:

Excellent phone etiquette and confident communication skills.
Assertive and proactive approach in providing instructions and support.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional training will be provided for the company's software systems.
Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
University Degree is advantageous but not essential.
