Due to huge success and growth month on month over the last few years, we are looking for a self-motivated and highly driven individual to support our Finance Manager. This is the ideal role someone wanting to take more responsibility, high reward and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Help process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.

* Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis.

* Help prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures.

* Manage petty cash and company expense reimbursements.

* Assist with payroll processing (as needed).

* Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

* Involvement with HR administration.

* Involvement with Health and Safety.

Skills / Experience

* 1+ years in an Accounts role

* Experience of working with Xero (Desirable)

* Good knowledge of accounting processes

* Good with numbers and Excel

* HR Experience (Nice to have)

* Health and Safety experience (Nice to have)

* Flexible hours, part-time or full time
