Clinical Deputy Manager – Elderly Care Services

Location: Ledbury, Central Midlands

Salary: £42,892.83 per annum

Hours: Full Time (36 hours/week)

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our client, a leading care provider. This role involves leading a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee care within the service, ensuring high standards.

* Manage individual care plans, files, and caseloads.

* Supervise and support staff, conducting appraisals and ensuring adherence to company policies.

* Assess and evaluate the needs of service users.

* Maintain accurate administrative records.

Requirements:

* Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin.

* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse.

* Expertise in elderly care.

* Proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care.

* Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.

* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
