In this role, you will support the Service Manager in guiding the team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in a secure and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the nursing staff to deliver exceptional, individualized care and assistance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and legislative standards consistently.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the nursing units and collaborate with external healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight within the service.
  • Take full responsibility for the implementation and auditing of Infection Control measures throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
