In this role, you will support the Service Manager in guiding the team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in a secure and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the nursing staff to deliver exceptional, individualized care and assistance.
- Adhere to all regulatory and legislative standards consistently.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the nursing units and collaborate with external healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight within the service.
- Take full responsibility for the implementation and auditing of Infection Control measures throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- A valid nursing qualification with an active PIN.
- A comprehensive understanding of person-centered care principles.
