Clinical Deputy Manager

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Ledbury Nursing Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide person-centered care and support.
- Comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure the smooth running of the nursing units and liaise with external health professionals.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision within the service.
- Monitor and maintain standards of nursing and care provision.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified with a valid NMC Pin.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of person-centered care.
- Ability to work closely with residents, assessing their needs and delivering a care plan.
