National Key Account Manager, FMCG

£50,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE (realistic Year One) + Company Car

This household name and well recognised brand is looking for an experienced National Account Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships, growing sales and distribution through established grocer, convenience and discounter channels.

About You:

minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally into grocers and discounters.
proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing channels.
strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, with established contacts with buyers within major retailers.
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

What You'll Do:

and manage strong relationships with key buyers in national retail chains
ambitious sales targets
effective sales strategies to drive brand awareness and product placement.
market research and identify new business opportunities within the target market.
and maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
