Key Responsibilities:

Dial and Delight: Make outbound calls to prospective clients with enthusiasm and charm. Turn cold calls into warm conversations.

Pitch with Pizzazz: Present our solar products and services in a way that's both informative and entertaining. Use your creativity to stand out from the crowd.

Follow-Up Fun: Maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized notes. Keep them excited about our offerings.

Sales Savvy: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solar solutions.

Feedback Fanatic: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to continually improve our sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Charismatic Communicator: You have a way with words and can charm anyone over the phone.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales is a plus, but a winning attitude is even better.

Solar Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Resilient Spirit: Ability to handle rejection with grace and bounce back with even more determination.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
