In August 2022, Aker Solutions entered into an agreement with SLB and Subsea 7 to form a new joint venture for subsea bringing subsea experts to deliver complete subsea and deep-water engineering solutions for the energy industry. The three companies will bring invaluable technical competence, geographical presence, robust portfolio and backlog projects, and skilled personnel with segment expertise to this agreement.
This subsea integrated services venture will position itself to be a tier 1 company in the industry. The joint venture came into effect on the 2nd of October 2023.
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator.
To assist the Service Team in delivering customer requirements in terms of quality and schedule:-
Prepare, review, manage, expedite and report on procurement/engineering/manufacturing scopes to ensure on track to schedule, budget and quality.
Demonstrate commitment to each scope and take responsibility of the preparation and management of each scope. This should include ensuring actions owners provide updates to the trackers.
Support SSE in delivery and execution on scopes.
Provide effective reporting for internal management and client reporting as required.
Responsible for preparing shipping lists, shipping documentation and ensure materials are shipped to correct destination.
Able to analyse and simplify complex data.
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Able to manage own time and activities and set priorities.
Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organisation skills.
Good excel skills, SAP preferred.
