I am looking for a Document Controller to join my client's Build Team based in East Anglia.

Location: Based out of either their Norwich Office, or Ipswich Office with remote and agile working available, with the occasional travel to the office/site is required.

Contract: Full time, Permanent

What will you be doing?

As the Document Controller you will:

Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team
Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures
Manage the printing of design project information
Maintain and control the hard copy record of all project documentation on site
Ensure the site team is working on the latest issue of design documentation
Undertake regular checks of assigned security checks

Requirements:

Previous experience as the Document Controller in the construction space
Based in and around the Ipswich, Norwich, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge area
Full UK driving licence
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
