I have the pleasure of recruiting for a leading Suffolk based  Customer Experience (CX) and digital CRM services business , specialists in creating value throughout the entire customer life cycle: from lead generation to omnichannel customer service.

I am looking for a star business development manager with client facing experience, you must have worked for at least three years within the one or more of the following sectors: AI, CX , Strong data/tech, selling in consultancy: Business and Data Analysts coupled with the ability excellent customer relationships and customer trust. . You pride yourself on being a knowledgeable  and go to expert in data, CX, and AI with a passion for all things tech

You will be responsible for UK wide :

1. Strategic business development: 80%
2. Service Delivery: 20%

You will have:

Strong experience of business development within consulting and tech services in CRM, Digital transformation, Customer Experience in consulting groups or Service Providers.
Proven experience in selling Digital Tech services
Keen interest in Digital and blending Digital-CRM and new technology trends (AI, RPA, Marketing automation, Big Data).
Proven track record in negotiating and selling complex services (technology services).
Skilled in presenting to senior level clients and large groups.
Ability to inspire people to do great work.
Ability to sell a point of view or ideas through storytelling.
Strong organisational and reporting skills.
Knowledge of an additional language to English would be an advantage

You will need to be be based no more than two hours by car of Suffolk, East Anglia, UK, with a full valid UK driving license
