In your role as Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, driving revenue growth and brand recognition for Bermar in the global hospitality sector.
Oversee and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, nurturing talent, and ensuring all team members achieve their goals.
Identify and capitalise on international growth opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning, tailoring Bermar's solutions to diverse markets.
Cultivate and manage key accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and exceeding client expectations.
Analyse market trends and data to develop targeted sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
Deliver regular reports to senior management, showcasing team performance, exceeding sales targets, and outlining future growth initiatives.
Proven expertise in B2B sales or account management.
WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is an asset.
Experience managing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
