The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will:

* Train hiring managers on interview evaluation techniques.

* Oversee the recruitment process and communicate it to the business.

* Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies.

* Review and update job descriptions.

* Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries.

* Develop and assist with recruitment campaigns.

* Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants.

* Monitor key recruitment metrics like turnover and retention rates.

The Candidate:

The ideal HR Advisor will have:

* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR with relevant training or a degree in human resources.

* Proven experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant, or similar role.

* CIPD qualification or working towards it.

* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior staff.

* Knowledge of employment law and data protection.

* Ability to design clear and fair company policies.

The Package:

The HR Advisor role offers an excellent benefits package, including an annual salary of £28,000. You will receive 25 days of holiday per annum, plus statutory days, with a mandatory 3 days saved for Christmas.
