Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

* Client Liaison: Maintain strong, transparent communication with clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.

* Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship.

* Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

* Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site, fostering a safe working environment.

* Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, financial status, and any potential risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.

* Strong understanding of luxury residential construction techniques, materials, and finishes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficient in project management software and tools.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are highly desirable.
