About Our Client:

Our client is a respected independent insurance brokerage committed to providing exceptional service. They're now looking to enhance their client offering by establishing an in-house claims team, presenting an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to shape this new function.

Role Overview:

Lead the development of the in-house claims function
Streamline the client journey throughout the claims process
Manage commercial insurance claims from initiation to settlement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the claims process
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse range of commercial insurance claims
Develop and implement efficient claims handling procedures
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and other relevant parties
Provide expert advice to clients on claims-related matters
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the claims service
The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in handling various commercial insurance claims
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy wordings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
