Compliance Coordinator

London - Hybrid (2 days working from home)

£35-40k

A World Leading, Innovative and International Data Company based near St Katherine Docks is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their team

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
Stay up to date with changes in regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance practises are in line with current legislation.
Coordinate and deliver compliance training programmes to employees.
Support internal and external audits and respond to audit findings and recommendations.Requirements:

Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practises.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.Benefits:
