Rolling 4 week rota, to include 3 x night shifts per week, 5 x day shifts and weekend shifts Fri - Sun over the course of a month.

37 Hours a week

£14.46 PAYE

Sellick Partnership are supporting the recruitment of a Youth Development Workers to work within a supported accommodation for young people aged 16 -25. You will be encouraging young people experiencing homelessness to aim high, dream big and fulfil their ambitions.

The key responsibilities of the Youth Development Worker will include:

Providing key worker support to our young people
Working through support and action plans
Updating risk assessments and risk management plans with them, in order for them to develop the life skills necessary to move on and live independently in the community
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Accompanying them to appointments

The successful Youth Development worker will have:

Good understanding of young people's needs, safeguarding and emotional and mental health issues
An understanding of support needs and support planning
An understanding risk assessing and risk management
