We are now recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join an industry leading business based in the Dudley area. The Purchase Ledger Team Leader will be responsible for processing invoices and payments for suppliers whilst overseeing a small team.
As the Purchase Ledger Team Leader you will be responsible for :
* Supervising a small team providing support and guidance
* Processing purchase invoices from UK and overseas suppliers
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing and paying invoices for Sweden
* Allocating direct debits from cashbook
* General administration duties
* Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions
* Liasing with other departments within the business
* Implementing and maintaining financial policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
* Experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts payable position
* A good knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
* Experience in a supervisory role
* Excellent Microsoft office/Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
