Overview:

The Front of House Manager Role at the Private Members Club is a pivotal role of responsibility within the whole Floor Team, leads interviews and hiring process for positions such as Waiters/Waitresses and Hosts. Participate in all the activities and operations that includes all aspects of F&B service to Members and their Guests for and exceptional service and great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible of daily uniform and grooming checks of the Floor Team.
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours and events.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Floor to promote continuous improvement.
Delegate tasks and assign sections.
Organise constant F&B trainings for team development.
Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where required
Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of property occupiers and visitors
Build strong relationships with Colleagues, Members and key Business leaders. Qualifications:

Personal License
DPS License (if assigned to it)
SIA Door Supervisor
First Aid
Fire Marshal @INDLOUIS
