Role Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will work with the project management team, surveyors, and clients to coordinate survey projects, manage the survey platform, and ensure accurate reporting. You'll oversee the survey process, manage data quality, and assist in report production. This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational and data management skills who thrives under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain project plans and track survey progress.
* Coordinate surveys, allocate surveyors, and manage travel arrangements.
* Lead client calls to provide updates on survey plans and progress.
* Handle client amendments and team updates.
* Manage survey data uploads and perform quality checks on collected data.
* Produce reports, including asset registers, photographic schedules, and capital plans.
* Support the development of the Asset Performance business.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience managing resources across multiple projects.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with CAFM systems and reporting tools.
* Background in facilities management or engineering is preferred.
Competencies:
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
